Cause of nerve pain flossing around a root canaled/temp tooth? have no infection/fracture. never had pain prior to the crown/root canal procedures.

Inflammation: The gum tissue around that tooth may be inflamed. Flossing should keep it clean and eventually alleviate the sensitivity. Brush twice a day, too.
