Dairy, eggs, nuts, seed: Many vegetarian food are excellent sources of protein. Soybeans & hemp seeds have more protein content than meat. Eggs are a superb source of protein. Dairy has protein, as do nuts, seeds and beans. It is especially wise to seek organic sources of soy to avoid gmo soy, and organic dairy and eggs, or else it will be from animals fed gmo corn & soy, which are quite possibly hazardous to health!

Many ways: Whole grains are a great source of protein, but the one with the highest protein content is quinoa. All beans, lentils, & peas, tofu & soy products, edamame, tvp and tempeh. Nuts, including peanuts, cashews, almonds and walnuts all contain protein, as do seeds like sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Store-bought meat substitute products & seitan are rich in protein, as are protein shakes.
