Sounds like: a common post surgical issue. See your surgeon ( I assume he/she is a vascular surgeon) and check it ou. For NOW apply heat gently and a daily Aspirin may help. Dr Z

VV and bruising.: Bruising is very common in the first 4 weeks post varicose vein treatment. If the bruising occurred more than 4 weeks post treatment then it may be related to other causes. You should follow up with your treating physician. Sometimes with post treatment issues an additional ultrasound may be necessary.
