Have it evaluated: This really needs more detailed evaluation including tests to determine if the is impairment of arterial or venous flow. See a doctor.

SWOLLEN LEFT LEG.: It is difficult to say what your problem is form the brief description. You should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation including a venous duplex ultrasound and possibly an MRV of your pelvic and iliac veins.
