Hello, i have had a small red bump form in the varicose vein behind my knee, i also have a bruised swollen knee, but not sure if i just bumped it.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests a venous thrombus. If it does not improve in a couple of days, it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
