How accurate is transvaginal u/s when diagnosing ovarian masses? i have a 2cm mass on my ovary that has doubled in size since 3 months ago.

Ultrasound: Vaginal ultrasound is accurate for ovarian cysts. 2 cm is not that big and this could be a new cyst and not one that has grown. Try having your repeat when you are on your cycle. Hope this helps!
