Different critters: Cryptosporidium parvum is one of several protozoan species that cause cryptosporidiosis, a parasitic disease of the mammalian intestinal tract. Ureoplasma parvum is one of several species of a higher form of bacteria which can cause genital and urinary tract infections.

Both are small: Parvo is a Latin root that means "little". Cryptosporidium is a protozoan, more closely related to us than it is to ureaplasma, which is a curious bactrium.
