Not really: In a normal urine, there shouldn't be any epithelial cells. Trauma or infection can cause them to be present. Few bacteria are not necessarily a bad sign. There is a condition called asymptomatic bactiuria (which just means bacteria in the urine without there being an infection). I'm not very concerned about the mucus. This should all be correlated with your symptoms of course.

Not significant: A few bacteria and mucous are not significant on a urinalysis. A urinalysis typically has 10-12 tests from a "dipstick", separate from these results including for blood, protein and effects of any infection. Without those results it is not possible to tell you if there are some abnormalities of significance. Do you know if all those other tests on urine were normal?
