Likely normal but!: No lab result can be evaluated separate from the patient. What are your symptoms? This result can be due to improper cleaning before the specimen. If you have no symptoms have it checked again, and follow instructions for obtaining a good urine specimen without contaminants. If you do have symptoms, whatever the lab result, get evaluated. Some uti's, esp. if only in urethra, have normal ua's
