Repeat urinalysis?: The epithelial cells, mixed bacteria, and mucus all suggest the urine was contamined with vulvar or vaginal secretions, probably not a "clean catch" midstream specimen. However, the WBC and casts could be significant. Discuss with your doctor; s/he may request a repeat test.
