Be there: the only think you could do, be there fo her, and give her the emotional support ,and the compassion that all human need. evntually she will need a kidney transplant ,so be there for her and be the first one to get tested for possible match. it does not mean that you have to give her your kidney,but been there for support,is priceless.

Transplant: Help her get a transplant, for a young person, transplant is the best option, help her find a center, and get her to be seen. That is the single best help. best of luck.
