I have been battling with pain in my hands which runs up my arms and at times I get the same thing in my feet and legs and occasionally my knees. It doesn't feel like muscle pain it feels almost as though the nerves or bones are aching?

So basically a month ago i woke up with a sore arm which was weird since i didn't work out my arm at all. And after my soreness went away my arm and wrist was weak. and now I am unable to contract my bicep muscle I do not know why. Please help me.

24/7 tingling in hands & feet for 4 months. Tingling in arms & legs too. Numbness in all those areas. Gets worse with touch/activity. Also a lot of muscle twitching. Normal mri's,emg &bloodwork. Very active/healthy before this. What could it be? Thx?
