Muscular pain: Either due to lack of fitness, or due to local factors like pressure on nerves of ligaments (especially if the condition is affecting one side) or due to more systemic illness (if more than one place of muscles is affected). I would like to suggest to see your doctor for further assessment and investigations as necessary.

? muscle conditions: There are multiple neuromuscular conditions that can cause muscle fatigue and soreness. Medications can cause side effects that affect muscles. Inflammatory muscle conditions and muscle enzyme abnormalities can cause your symptoms. I would consider a neurologist and/or rheumatologist to get a full physical exam, lab tests and tests like an EMG and if needed a possible muscle biopsy. Good luck
