Vit B12 & Folic acid: You should also get a lot of Vitamin B12 and folic acid in order to avoid developing deficiencies. These vitamins are better absorbed and used by the body in their natural form in whole foods. Foods rich in Vitamin B12 and folic acid include dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, & many other delicious foods. You should try to include some of these foods in your diet 2-3 times every day.
