No, But...: Any changes in the skin texture or color in and around the vagina is concerning. However, genital herpes presents with vesicles basically fluid filled blisters. There will also be redness and in most cases pain long the affected area. The only way to be certain is by visiting your local physician for an exam. Abstinence or safe sex with one partner is the best way to prevent sexual infections.
