Over 2 mnths headaches every day on topamax (topiramate) for mnth n half still not helping at all if it was merely migraines wouldn't it work by now?

Get checked: Yes it would be unusual to have daily headaches for 2 mints... But it's not unheard of. If the topamax (topiramate) is not helping, then you likely will need a higher dose or a different medicine. In any case, it would be best to get it checked out.
