So i went and had a injury consulted a brain and spine doc and had told me that i possibly have a ruptured c1 or c2 what kind of pain cause ?

Varies : Your question does not make a lot of sense only in that C1 and C2 are two bones in the neck and do not really rupture. But abnormalities in that area would often cause severe headaches at the back of the head. If you have not had one, an MRI will often give the diagnosis.
