Possible: If all work ups have not found any underlying problems for your symptoms, it will be a good idea to get evaluated psychiatrically. The stress of being medically screened sometimes can be so overwhelming for some, that even after no diseases are found, the worry continues. Talking to a psychiatrist may be helpful. Good luck.

Leg stiffness and pain are not due to anxiety. Has a muscle biopsy been done? I had a similar patient once where it turned out to be a rare muscle disease found on biopsy.i kept on telling her we had to keep on searching neurologically until we found the answer.
