Possible: If all work ups have not found any underlying problems for your symptoms, it will be a good idea to get evaluated psychiatrically. The stress of being medically screened sometimes can be so overwhelming for some, that even after no diseases are found, the worry continues. Talking to a psychiatrist may be helpful. Good luck.
