Can anyone explain this from brain ct? there is rotational positioning of c1 on c2. focal thickening is seen of the left orbital floor which is favored to be chronic. marked thinning and/or dehiscence of the right medial orbital wall?

C1-C2 vertebra seem to be rotated. Check with local Dr who read the CT as descriptions can mean different things in different places. same for orbital floor. Any chance of child abuse? Discuss.
