Varies : It varies quite a bit based upon the nature of the problem and type of surgery. If the TFCC can be repaired and it goes onto heal without joint damage, they can do well. If there is a lot if articular damage, sometimes a partial fusion or resection is needed and there may be some permanent factors with that.
