Depends on a few...: You can choose to live with the symptoms. Did you exhaust all non op treatments such as epidural injections, physical therapy, etc.. An x-stop procedure may help if you have mostly stenosis symptoms. There are some minimally invasive techniques that may have indication unless there are other issues or levels involved.

Spondylolisthesis: Depends on your symptoms. Should try conservative care first. Stretching. Physical therapy. Pain management. If all fails and you need surgery, options are limited. There are minimally invasive techniques, but this is still "back surgery.".

Limited: Good thing is that you may successfully manage your symptoms with conservative options including anti-inflammatories, physical therapy, spinal injections, bracing. Only few will need surgery. There are various minimally invasive type surgery out there, but remember if it sounds too true to believe, it is likely some marketing ploy. Make sure you are consulting with a well trained spine surgeon.
