Low fat: Usual restrictions would be Low fat and low cholesterol diet. If you happen to have diabetes then Restrictions of sugar and carbohydrates would apply. If you have hypertension then some degree of salt restriction will apply. Also your weight needs to be ideal or less than expected for your height.
