Migraine prevention: Your MRI showed that you are having migraines? I think in this case it is not certain you have a migraine, but let's say for the moment you do. Perhaps some prevention of vascular migraine phenomena may help you. This could be a blood pressure medicine like propranolol. It has been used to prevent migraines.
