Suffered my 2nd aura migraine today. had a mri and all normal. why am i getting these? can you have several a day. i'm afraid to get another one

Classical migraine: These varieties of migraine are much less common and are called "classical". Likely genetic cause. Your neuro-chemical system possesses hypersensitive glutamate receptors which can be controlled by preventative measures, either prescription or OTC. You could see a neurologist or have a Concierge visit onsite for more detail.
