Not really: The aura is your warning that a migraine is on the way. It could be a cue to start the medication which you use to lessen the effect of the migraine. But there is no way to stop the aura and I am sure you are hoping that something that would stop the aura, would also stop the migraine - but that is not how this works.

Migraine: Migraine meds work very well, but oral meds take about 15 minutes to kick in. Most auras are too short to be treated this way. Sumatriptan injectable and the orally disintegrating Maxalt (rizatriptan) have a chance at turning things around more quickly.
