Has a neurologist evaluated you and mentioned possibility of pseudotumor cerebri seen in young women? Has a lumbar puncture been performed? I strongly recommend consultation with a neurologist. If you've already been seen & advised by one, then consult a neurosurgeon for an opinion.

If you possess mild hydrocephalus or pseudotumor cerebri, it may not be the actual answer to your headaches, and you may have co-morbidities. If you do not have a neurologist evaluating all of this, that is indeed imperative to clarify and treat thoroughly. Wonder if you also suffer seizures, which could be clarified by an EEG. Get proactive and work with neurology closely.
