As we age, our migraine patterns change, and your classical events are not unique. The increased frequency may provide a stroke risk, and it would be very wise to try to break up the emerging patterns. Some neurologists specialize in headaches and might consider using an OTC agent such as butterbur, Co-Q10, riboflavin, and feverfew, but females do respond to prescription CGRPs. Lots of choices.
