Maybe: most likely it is a benign cyst. Cancer risk increases in cystic ovaries in Women over 60. However a complex system of the ovary can't be associated with cancer and a 37-year-old female. The only way to know for sure is to have it ultrasound and possibly biopsied. You can also look at the Ca 125 serum protein levels.again though it is very common to have benign cyst in the ovary in a 37-year.
