Ovarian Cancer : With a history of ovarian cancer, although there are many benign explanations for the bloating and pain it is best to err on the side of caution and have her follow up immediately with her gynecologist and tratment team to make sure the cancer hasn't returned and spread to the abdomen or pelvis. Have her make an appointment immediately.
