I had ovarian cancer a year ago. i have been healthy since but i am having pressure and pain in my pelvic region for a week could it be cyst or cancer?

Very possible,,,: This is rare in women your age and if surgery was done and it was all removed, there should be no recurrence, but if it wasn't all removed, it can certainly recur and would likely need surgery again with chemotherapy. You'd be we'll advised to see your doctor for at least a follow up exam and for evaluation on this important issue. Best of luck.
