Do aerobics exercise can reverse cardio vascular disease?

Exercise: I don't think there are any studies that indicate reversal of plaque build up, but that doesn't matter. The bottom line is that exercise is among one of the lifestyle changes that will help your overall cardiovascular health. As long as you're feeling well and your doctor agrees you should stop debating about it, get off this app/website, and start moving.

Maybe contribute: cardiovascular disease is a complex process with many inter-related causes. It has been shown to be reversible with multifaceted lifestyle interventions. You should look into it. Aerobic exercise is part of the lifestyle that helps people with CV disease. Getting in a supervised exercise program is a great idea. Just make sure you attend to the other factors, too. :-)
