Not much: Gallbladder removal, or cholecystectomy, usually has no long term problems. The gallbladder serves to store and concentrate bile, but is not a critical organ.

None: First usually gall stones are treated by removing the gall bladder not just the stones. Usually there are no consequences of any kind and they should be none as we can live without the g. Bladder without any problems. Gall stones untreated can lead to quite severe complications in the life of a human being so if discovered i personally would recommend cholecystectomy.
