Shift work? : You mention the timing of your sleep has changed? Is this due to shift work or a varied work schedule? This is a common cause of sleep disturbance. Try and keep your sleep schedule as regular as possible. If you must sleep during day, try dark shades to mimic nighttime if it's still light outside. Should have doc visit to rule out sleep apnea, thyroid problem, other causes of poor sleep.

Best with Body time: 20 year old male in past year has sleep time change so feels sleepy at evening and if sleeps, feels fine; but if sleeps at night is tired in the morning due to possible mismatch between sleep/ wake homeostasis and the circadian internal body clock that regulates the 24hour (sunrise/ sunset) biology of the body. Shift work changes ,jet lag, alcohol, noise, over stimulation, stress Best with body OK
