Hello. : Hello. Obviously if you have to urinate every hour, you won't get quality sleep. You need to be evaluated. Causes of needing to urinate could be an infection or enlargement of your prostate. If you are thirsty, drinking often and urinating often - this can be consistent with diabetes. You need a comprehensive evaluation. I think until the source of symptoms is identified and treated, this is likely to become a vicious cycle.

See your doctor: Frequent urination in a male is an uncommon condition and warrants evaluation. You may have an infection, diabetes or some other condition that requires treatment. The chest pain is worrisome. Consider going to the emergency room to have this checked out.
