Caught my palpitations on 48hr holter... but ecg did not reveal any changes during the palps. how can i feel palps without ecg change during palps?

Subjective Palps: Palpitations just means you are aware of your heart beat. It does not necessarily mean anything is wrong. In fact a good number of Holters are normal during palpitations. Are you anxious?
