I have just recovered from sinus infection.(self diagnosis) every time i clean or touch inside my nose blood comes out.when would blood vessels heal ?

Avoid trauma: to the area. Use petroleum based emollient topically and humidifier in your room. If this does not help, see a doctor for more accurate diagnosis and proper treatment. Certain medications and hereditary disorders can also predispose you to easy bleeding.
