Need to be under: oculoplastics, orbital surgery management so don't lose vision. You should know it by now, and should be followed closely. Do you have an interventional radiologist on consult in your case? This is not to be taken lightly and make sure you have the experts managing your care carefully. Is ENT helping manage your sinusitis? This involves so many specialists for best outcome. Good luck!
