A Good question and: I recommend that you see and ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist for an evaluation. There are many causes of bleeding and this requires further investigation.

Roof of Mouth: Do you have a hole in the roof of your mouth? If so you need to see an oral surgeon. This is called an oral antral communication and is serious! many causes and since we cannot diagnose without seeing you i would have the area checked by an oral surgeon and an ENT md specialist.
