See an ENT doc.: a sinus infection going untreated for a month, then a severe nose bleed (epistaxis), including cough up BRB in clots requires urgent evaluation with an ENT specialist, or perhaps an urgent care center. depending on how serious the bleed is, perhaps it will require an emergency room visit.

See a physician: I wonder what the Sx for a month were. People often get symptoms from low humidity in the winter at home or work. The develope a small exposed vessell which can bleed quite a bit and a couple of tablespoons looks like a whole bunch. While waiting to get evaluated. you should do the following Hydrate, gently put vasoline in nose, use humidifier. as you see in pic the sinuses are very twisty.
