Vitamin b12: It's difficult to evaluate an isolated abnormal blood test without having the results of all of the other tests, even if normal, and having a feeling for the clinical setting, i.e., your other medical problems, medications, etc. I would either return to your doctor for an explanation, or consider HealthTap Prime, after having uploaded the results of all of your lab tests. Need more info: While your B12 level is above normal, that in itself is not a cause for concern. However, sometimes it is high due to liver damage and bone marrow disorders.
