Water; exercise: Many safe, easy strategies to deal with constipation are also associated with the production of more gas. Increasing fiber in diet, taking psyllium would both do this. Doctor's say "You know you are eating healthier when you have more gas!" Of course, water drinking and exercise would be good options. Also, most people end up identifying socially acceptable ways to pass gas. Best wishes:)
