Constipation: if this is a one-time problem, try milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). If it is a chronic issue, you should initially try increasing the amount of fiber that you take in, and adding a fiber supplement such as Metamucil. If you do that, you should increase your fluid intake also. If this is a change in your bowel habits, you should see your doctor. Good luck.
