Not directly: Subconuctival hemorrhage is benign local bleeding or bruising. The cause could be from trauma(rubbing, injury), straining(cough, sneezing, heavy lifting or constipation). The other most important cause could be from high blood pressure or blood thinners. The ringing of the ear could be from high blood pressure.
