Hi doctor, can i know if subconjuctival hemorrhage will have the affect on the ear? because 2-3 days after i have ringing sound at the same side.

Not directly: Subconuctival hemorrhage is benign local bleeding or bruising. The cause could be from trauma(rubbing, injury), straining(cough, sneezing, heavy lifting or constipation). The other most important cause could be from high blood pressure or blood thinners. The ringing of the ear could be from high blood pressure. Please check your blood pressure to make sure its not high.
