Its been 3 days since i had ear wax removed through syringing by an ent doctor. now there is a ringing sound in my ear and im more sensitive to loud noises . is it temporary? or was it because of ear wax removal?

Ringing wax ear: My guess is that ringing was not caused by ear wax but something else. Did it go away at first? if not then not likely ear wax.
