Yes: Such a large hemangioma could cause the normal liver tissue to be pushed out below the ribs on the right so that you could feel the liver edge.

Hello, I recently requested an US of my abdomen due to RUQ pain. I also had labs with slight elevated alt of 50. I also have a history of lap chole and 1.6 cm hepatic hemangioma in the R. Upper lobe. Liver 17.3 cm Dr isnt concerned w/liver size why?
