It's possible.: giant liver hemangiomas can be palpable in the abdomen. There have been reports of hemangiomas large enough to be felt as low as the pelvis, in fact. In one study, hemangiomas greater than 10 cm in size cause symptoms of fullness or pain in 90% of the patients. Follow up with your gastroenterologist or your surgeon. Good luck.

Hello, I recently requested an US of my abdomen due to RUQ pain. I also had labs with slight elevated alt of 50. I also have a history of lap chole and 1.6 cm hepatic hemangioma in the R. Upper lobe. Liver 17.3 cm Dr isnt concerned w/liver size why?

Considering left lobe hemagioma is big 11.6 by 17.9 by 15.7 CM should I also be able to feel my liver on right side due to effect of hemagioma mass .
