What does this mean. from a shoulder/lefft upper amr xray. there is evidence of acute fracture or focal destructive process.

Fracture or Tumor: Did you suffer trauma that would have caused a fracture? If not, there's obviously something else going on "focal destructive process." How old are you? If over 50, there may be some osteoporosis--but that is generalized--not a "focal destructive process." Who ordered the X-Ray? Have you followed up with him/her?
