Rehab clavicle Fx: It usually takes 12 weeks for fractures to heal, so I would not expect to see significant callus formation this early. As long as the fracture is adequately reduced and immobilized, healing should occur. Lack of shoulder movement over a prolonged period can result in adhesive capsulitis. A licensed physical therapist will be able to guide appropriate therapy to prevent this condition.
