Sprain: The most common injury with this history is a ac joint sprain, grade 1. A xray would be normal buy you would have tenderness on the top of your shoulder. If not, it is possible to have some internal labral or rotator cuff injury that would need to be evaluated by a shoulder specialist. Try icing it a few times every day for 2 weeks, if it persists, go see a md.
