Changing Vegan Diet: It is ok to make change in your Diet. Wise person within you can guide you: Reasons for change after being Vegan for many years: For Health reasons, such as Omega 3 fatty Acids, Vitamin B 12, Iron, Zinc or Protein. For different Taste. Consider changing to Vegetarian Diet 9Dairy, Walnuts, Flax seed first. Then start Fish in the diet 1-2 times per week. Then start eggs up to 3/week
